So how do I prosecute a common law crime in the defacto New Jersey without
using the the courts? Even if i do a paper procedure, what teeth does it have?
Who enforces it? Common law crimes are abolished against U.S. citizens.
My current approach is to rely on the lieber code and the martial rule civilian
courts in an attempt to press a prosecution of crimes.
