The quasi courts have a quasi issue. That is everyone runs to cops for
legislative answers. When one challenges, denies, and proves jurisdicton (1817)
the government is at fault for violating jurisdiction. They can do nothing
technically. The church needs to file claim in court and sue you for injury.
Specifically disturbing the peace. See what jury decides. Good luck

The Municipal Court found guilty after I challenged Jurisdiction.
Fined of $408. One year ban on church attendance, or 30 days in jail.
One month prior to expiration of 12 month ban, the leadership convinced fine
to be activated and a capias was issued.
When I was at a court window filing unrelated papers, I was surrounded by
officers and told about a warrant.
I indicated I knew nothing abt warrant. Arrested, jailed, stayed of my own

Police chief noticed I will demand his job of city council and he will be
Prosecuted for Official Misconduct if he orders another arrest.
I expect church guards at the door to be ohysically prevent me entrance and I
expect cops will leave me alone but issue a summons, which will be dealt with
under 1817 now.
