Here again I'll try to make it clear from my perspective because it is
important to know.
We the people created a country. The United States of America by the
Articles of Confederation which states the law of that PMA or that common
law trust has. We the people also created the United States by the
constitution and that has that seal. United States is about corporations.
Some one created a United States of America corporation. It is a private
membership association also by corporate rules granted by the United
States. It can have a seal also.
Either case we the people do not deal with the Corp less by choice or
forced choice, because we are not members. We do not go to the subsidiary/
employee but to tell them to stop. We go to the source we the people have
an agreement with. The United States/ court of federal claims. To settle
matters.
