I Do not use codes but this is revealing. "Under the constitution and laws of
the United States". It covers the state national jurisdicton under the
constitution or laws of the United States. Which jurisdiction are you in? Under
the constitution is what stops government. Is man's created law for government
and man stating trial by jury. The reason I love the constitution as when
entering a court. They will act stupid and have to be reminded it's the law of
state national court.
