Corporation means it has a charter or laws/rules to abide by when created. If
outside its charter; liability occurs. Articles of confederation is not a
corporation because it is recognized as a social compact and a friendship
agreement that we all support each other's liberty and well being. Of course
that DC Corp was revised in Florida 7-15-1925 and I believe was created to
destroy America. At least Woodrow Wilson admits that.
