the State: via the police, the prosecutor, three municipalities, the mayor, 2
city solicitors, one judge and one senior municipal judge, and 10 police
officers have already arrested, charged, prosecuted, jailed, and banned me from
attendance via a threat of 30 days in jail. i stood outside the church for a
year until the ban was over i was then jailed for non-payment of a $408 fine
from the fake court case, on a capias only and with no signed warrant while on
public property...
now that i have passed those hurdles, i am now on the church property at will
with trustees and deacons and a private security guard all blocking my way to
inside the building.. i have not pushed past them. if i do get inside, the
local police will not remove me imo....
the city police as recently as the last few weeks cooperated with the Church
and blocked my path to the front door....a violation of the NEW JERSEY 1947
CONSTITUTION
Once i read the certified copy of the NJ CONSTTUTION to them each Sunday, now
they all and the municipal authorities are ALL leaving me alone, save the three
notices to appear which i expect have no weight at all since the judges are
Noticed of my status and the fact that i have not committed any crime against
anyone....
the legal notices are to appease the private citizen complaints for trespass i
believe...
the case is civil and if the church wants me banned, they can appeal to a
Superior Court judge....
the facts and the law are on my side.
in methodism trial by jury, the jury is comprised of 13 members of surrounding
Methodist churches...
no one from my congregation can sit on the church trial jury. NOT SURE WHEN
THE JURY HEARS WHAT HAPPENED I WILL LOSE MANY OF THEM...

It isNot the state. I've been talking and either your not listening or not
understanding. Last time I reply. Incorporating is important. Because that
means they agree to settle by government rules. Do they have a right to do
that. Yes. They have regulating rules that may get surrendered in the process
or shows fraud. That takes a very serious research approach. If your last
statement is absolutely true that they violated the rules. Send a letter and
tell them so and then go to the court and file a lawsuit requiring it to be
honored. Of course you will lose many votes from the church in the process.
"Deprive me of my rights and priveledges". Where have I heard that before;
before one goes to jail.

Common law trust? I'll call it a hybrid or cross bred trust because I bet your
church is incorporated and who knows what else.
If you are a member of this PMA church then the internal rules and regulations

Let me scold you and remind you that this is private property your screwing
with. They have a right and you have zero. I care less that your a member. As a
member you need to write and convince some one your right or forget it. Stay
off property.
Now if your not harassing them presently and do not intend to. I would try it.
I've never done something like this and is a minor offense to boot. You will
probably get away with it. If you keep pushing it. It will blow up and not sure
what you can do. They personally can drag you into court and sue you. That is
common law.

At the time he failed to say anything about making it under penalty of perjury
and I failed to make that statement but I have previously dealt with these
Colleyville PIGs and I also sent one of my nastygrams to the Colleyville Chief
of Police (link below)
I filed it into their so-called court. (attached) and kept a copy for my
records.
They wanted me to appear in their kangaroo court by 5 May 2021 and I failed to
do so.
In the past they would send me threatening mail saying that they had issued a
warrant.
I have heard nothing. I am calling it a win!
