I took Charley's recommendation and took the citation and stapled a blank piece
of paper on top of it and wrote the following
"Constitution for the United States of America Article 1, Section 8, Clause 17.
I am NOT a US citizen. I am a Texas national. Vacate this citation"
At the time he failed to say anything about making it under penalty of perjury
and I failed to make that statement but I have previously dealt with these
Colleyville PIGs and I also sent one of my nastygrams to the Colleyville Chief
of Police (link below)
I filed it into their so-called court. (attached) and kept a copy for my
records.
They wanted me to appear in their kangaroo court by 5 May 2021 and I failed to
do so.
In the past they would send me threatening mail saying that they had issued a
warrant.
I have heard nothing. I am calling it a win!
