I've got a regular passport expired. In the opening pages it states it is
good for citizens and nationals. I put my short statement inside to
identify who I am for the time being. I used it for e-verify to check for
income taxes and I just claimed I was a non-citizen national and it
approved it. A client of mine has started the process and tells me it is
eighty pages long. They give passport, card, and certificate for $35.

solve others need to keep their current passport for ID as well.
