Vacate for lack of jurisdicton
Attach to citation and mail to court and do not go to court. The only time
they reply is to tell you they deny It. Seldom but step two.
When they do not honor it is an immediate letter to the state Supreme
court. Here in Colorado they send it to the First judicial District. A
Combined court of the County and Supreme Court. County and Supreme Court
justices hear the case. Now this gets about3-4 pages that clarify what that
statement earlier means.
I'm a national of the country of the U.S.A. They are from the country of
the United States. U.S. Agreed to honor my jurisdiction countries
jurisdicton. Further proof is by the uniform foreign-country money
recognition act. (UCC I think) It's about more then money. So the
Constitution states I'm not and their uniform acct agrees to my dismissal
that they have no authority over the matter. I hope this helps
