First off, it's the same system, different status. Hence why you can change
the strawman's status, as i pointed out. Secondly no man has a social security
account or is an American national, or your term, state national. All are the
status of the strawman aka first middle last.

Hey Mitch,
For some reason I am not able to see your reply to the SSI thread I started a
while ago. This has been on going for some time now with others also. I miss
out on replying and joining in the conversation. I saw your post today but not
yesterday. Sometimes the only time I see a posted reply is when others respond.
Don’t know why this happens……
I do have a passport book and passport card from 2019. I did a process similar
to the coppermoon process but with additional things and I had help, went to
web classes to learn. I can see there are defiantly some dos and don’t.
I have seen some of the do’s and don’t rigth here on this post the last few
days. Good input from Charley, JB, Bill and others.
As for getting SSI, I want what is owed to me. However I do not want to wreck
any status change I have done thus far. This is/was my concern. I am soon to be
at that age. When I read the SSA-1-BK- Application For Retirement Insurance
Benefits on line 5 it ask, “Are you a U.S. Citizen?”. How would/should that be
answered?
I have read Charley’s June 29 reply opinion and what he did 9 years ago
“My opinion and actions on this is different from others. I view iit as
sovereign citizen. All Americans are sovereigns and most are also citizens.
Because of this we have a smorgasbord effect. Can be a citizen here and not
there. So for SSI I just signed up nine years ago as a United States Citizen.”
In reading what was posted yesterday about changing your status on the SS-5,
I’m thinking what if you did this and then apply for SSI but still on that
SSA-1-BK app on line 5 Are you a U.S. Citizen, there is no “other” option?
Just trying to put this all together without being entrapped again.
SSI…… Benefits/Privileges or Service/money owed? Imo this is services owed, due
to us. But right from the start they call it Application For Retirement
Insurance Benefits as if they are giving us something.
Thanks for all the good input here, these are some of the kind of things we
need to focus on.
I would still very much like to hear from someone who recently applied for SSI
and getting it not as a U.S. Citizen, that would be great.
Micah

Re: SSI
JB,
My passport and card was obtained in 2015 without the ssn attached and as a
NON-US Citizen. My card (and book, I believe? Not in front of me at moment?),
have 4 stars on it. I got a certified copy from SSA of my passport
application, but, there is no reference from them, noting, I am a state
citizen, in those words?
What am I missing? These threads are long and slightly hard to follow?
Anyways, thanks in advance for a reply!
I've not seen a reply from Micah or from Misty?

Mitch. You do realize state national passport is in an entirely different
system. It’s not connected to the 14th amendment system such as Drivers
license/straw man. Or social security number..yadda. This is only true if you
are in in the correct system. You can check by using freedom of information
request. Once you get your d11 for back. Should have yellow seal and last page
or bottom will note who you are. Should say state national

Micah, I'm interested on your reference of SSI as a national citizen? I have
my passport as a NON-US Citizen already and perhaps I need to change something
with SSA. I recieved my first retirement deposit in January of this year?!
Misty, I'd be interested in talking/meeting you, perhaps even in person? If
you're in Rockport I'm thinking of, I live in CC?
Thanks to both of you in advance!

Bill, I would be interested to learn how to do it. Ive thought about it for
years. I'm just now getting my credit cleaned up i got ut from the 500's to
700's since September. I've also got a ticket that I'm sure has turned into a
warrant right now I'm going to try to use the letter i think maybe it was you
who posted it? And Ive also got another county who is just incessantly trying
to get me though im not even breaking their stupid codes and statutes even they
wont let up. Yesterday my bf by chance got a copy of some paperwork from his
cousin in loisiana, we are in Texas and they don't even know me its just
coincidencedental luck, with something from may 21st they call a debriefing
that has my name on it from 2012!!! They have this guy who must be a
confidential informant or working for them in some way saying he was selling
drugs for me in 2012! He was a friend of my ex boyfriend, he once gave me a
ride to houston, and another time when that boyyfriend had gone to jail for
DWI's he came with his pickup and helped move my stuff into storage because i
had to move, evidently he had some drugs on him because when he left my storage
he called me and said he was being pulled over and i asked why he was calling
me did he need me to get his pickup and take it somewhere or something, and he
hung up and the next thing i heard was that he swallowed a bunch of meth and
was flight for lifed and in a coma for 9 days thats the main reason i even
remember the guy. So thats all i know of him and thats not mentioned in that
paper. But this same county last november arrested me and impounded my truck
claiming i didnt use my blinker 100 feet before the turn, which i did,
although it doesnt even matter, and took me to jail overnight and forced me to
sit in jail with no bond until a trial or plead guilty which i did because i
needed to be at work in rockport, but having to pay 400 to get my truck out, i
couldnt round up the money until 2 days and was stuck in cuero and lost my job
anyway. I emailed them the laws on false arrest and that it was a pretext stop
and an extortion and the fine went away at least. The tow truck driver said
they searched my truuck on the side of the road for an hour which i had to pay
him for, and they tore up a bunch of stuff, dumped my mixed gas, (I do
landscaping) STOLE MY CHANGE IN MY CHANGE PURSE! BUSTED MY DASH ETC. Anyway its
just one prime example of many showing how Dewitt county has it out for me and
they have planted evidence on several people.
So this paperwork is ridiculous, its false, its heresay, and statute of
limitations is out on that anyway, but its 2 pages of who knows how many, and
there's a reason those sheriffs threw my name in there, chances are the dude
never even made that claim the sheriff was lying but theyre crooked as hell and
dont care about their laws even, so i know theyve got something cooking to pull
on me.
Sorry this is so long. But i was just reading and thought you may have some
input and id really like to get into real estate, i think Rockport, where i
technically live, is prime for real estate since Harvey but property values are
going up fast.

Your opinion, what you have to say, what you have learned and willingness to
share means a lot to me, thank you. I have had some say negative things about
getting SSI.
These people have all kinds of resources to make money and say they don’t need
to depend any hand out from the gov. They often say if you can not find some
sort of way to make what you would get for SSI then you are a sorry……… Of
course when I ask for help in finding ways to make money whether online or
whatever I get the run around.
I am not looking for a hand out from the gov, I just want what I put in.
I can use whatever I can get for SSI to help my family and I.
Thanks

My opinion and actions on this is different from others. I view iit as
sovereign citizen. All Americans are sovereigns and most are also citizens.
Because of this we have a smorgasbord effect. Can be a citizen here and not
there. So for SSI I just signed up nine years ago as a United States Citizen.
Another point is I paid in for several years prior to not paying in and
entitled to that. So I either take what is mine in payments and medical or sue
to get it.
So far no issues at all. Because of it I got a bonus with covid.
