So you got a passport book and card back in 2015 without putting a SSN on the
DS11 app, Imo that was awesome.
Are you able to share how you filled out the DS11 back then?
You also said you got a certified copy of your passport from the SSA? I do not
understand this. The SSA to me means Social Security Administration, how was
that possible. Did you get that recently?
There will be no reference to you being a state citizen on a certified DS11
passport records, you only get what you submitted.
In order to get something that says you are a state citizen, an Explanatory
Statement stating who you are and why and who you are not and why must be
attached to with the DS11.
The Explanatory Statement imo is the most important document. It explains
everything/the reasons why and backed up with solid documentation. This is what
you want on record, it becomes part of their record. Then after it is accepted
along with your DS11 and you get your passport then you do a certified FIOA
request and get back everything you submitted certified. This is now your
certified evidence of who you are and who you are not.
The Explanatory Statement, what you say is the meat and potatoes proof/evidence.

JB,
My passport and card was obtained in 2015 without the ssn attached and as a
NON-US Citizen. My card (and book, I believe? Not in front of me at moment?),
have 4 stars on it. I got a certified copy from SSA of my passport
application, but, there is no reference from them, noting, I am a state
citizen, in those words?
What am I missing? These threads are long and slightly hard to follow?

hung up and the next thing i heard was that he swallowed a bunch of meth and
was flight for lifed and in a coma for 9 days thats the main reason i even
remember the guy. So thats all i know of him and thats not mentioned in that
paper. But this same county last november arrested me and impounded my truck
claiming i didnt use my blinker 100 feet before the turn, which i did,
although it doesnt even matter, and took me to jail overnight and forced me to
sit in jail with no bond until a trial or plead guilty which i did because i
needed to be at work in rockport, but having to pay 400 to get my truck out, i
couldnt round up the money until 2 days and was stuck in cuero and lost my job
anyway. I emailed them the laws on false arrest and that it was a pretext stop
and an extortion and the fine went away at least. The tow truck driver said
they searched my truuck on the side of the road for an hour which i had to pay
him for, and they tore up a bunch of stuff, dumped my mixed gas, (I do
landscaping) STOLE MY CHANGE IN MY CHANGE PURSE! BUSTED MY DASH ETC. Anyway its
just one prime example of many showing how Dewitt county has it out for me and
they have planted evidence on several people.
So this paperwork is ridiculous, its false, its heresay, and statute of
limitations is out on that anyway, but its 2 pages of who knows how many, and
there's a reason those sheriffs threw my name in there, chances are the dude
never even made that claim the sheriff was lying but theyre crooked as hell and
dont care about their laws even, so i know theyve got something cooking to pull
on me.
Sorry this is so long. But i was just reading and thought you may have some
input and id really like to get into real estate, i think Rockport, where i
technically live, is prime for real estate since Harvey but property values are
going up fast.

These people have all kinds of resources to make money and say they don’t need
to depend any hand out from the gov. They often say if you can not find some
sort of way to make what you would get for SSI then you are a sorry……… Of
course when I ask for help in finding ways to make money whether online or
whatever I get the run around.
I am not looking for a hand out from the gov, I just want what I put in.
I can use whatever I can get for SSI to help my family and I.

My opinion and actions on this is different from others. I view iit as
sovereign citizen. All Americans are sovereigns and most are also citizens.
Because of this we have a smorgasbord effect. Can be a citizen here and not
there. So for SSI I just signed up nine years ago as a United States Citizen.
Another point is I paid in for several years prior to not paying in and
entitled to that. So I either take what is mine in payments and medical or sue
to get it.
So far no issues at all. Because of it I got a bonus with covid.
