is their association correctional panel. There will never be justice there.
How can there be? The upper judges paying defendant attornies a piece of
the cut. Meaning the judges on top would have to turn themselves in and
lower attornies like many free citizens are afraid to challenge the beast
so slavery continues.

1792 the state of Georgia tried to say they are sovereign in Chisholm v
Georgia. 6 years and arguing the inherent sovereign is top dog. Legislative
pirates immediately released the eleventh amendment to stop that liberty.

Now in studying these complaint boards is intresting. Colorado makes it
filed in different venues by the filer choosing.. Ohio is all filed at the
same location. They choose venue and all but one venue requires  it
filtered thru many agencies. If filed in right one it goes straight to the
bottom to be prosecuted. Meaning you better make it very clear of
jurisdicton so the reader gets it right or they will argue forever is not
so.

Do we have a chance? I believe we do and the reason I'm using the process
I do. (Article1 1;8;17) For everyone else. Well there are a few other good
methods for here or there. But the truth still comes to one thing. Do you
understand what has happened and what needs accomplished to retain your
liberty in the world you operate? Can you explain your method in a few
sentences or short paragraphs. If not the majority will give up before
getting started or fail on first try.
