Voter turnout for Canada’s 2021 federal election near historic lows
Low participation a result of anxiety and safety concerns brought on by the

I went in to "protest vote" only to find out that you can't in a Federal
election, or so said the voting officer/polling person who responded to my
request in such regard. I had to "spoil" my ballot, write on it "protest vote,"
as my reasonable alternative. I was not advised of as much beforehand, but
after a call to Election Canada on how to do it by "mail" was told to send it
in blank, if you can believe that, contradictory, incompetence. (To what really
matters, if not should)
I'm going to assume that everyone who didn't vote, including spoiled ballots
are "protest votes," (the largest group?) which the government should represent
and take seriously, if not merely as a demand/request for Constitution change,
(or better if not more ethical choices?) or suffer the consequences of other,
less democratic forms of protest, (?) what better choices also exist in such
regard, and some, not so much..
My take, (vote, for what...) and how I intend to behave or act in such regard,
that there might be something, even better.. .
Anyone else?
Champion of being, reasonable, if not also or especially democratic..
I don't give an "F" whether anyone here wants or doesn't want to get vaccinated
(I went half way) but of their right and responsibility as a "reasonable"
choice to do So. Do what you think/understand is best of being So informed,
vs., the forces and abuse(s), otherwise, or continue to have me to deal with?
My pleasure.. .
I'm thinking that somewhat goes beyond the mere laws of politics if not
humanity, in such respect.. .
