As one attorney said, the plaintiff wins ninety percent of the time. So file a

Their names are just a title of nobility describing where they rank in the

As administrators they not only direct the proceedings but determine the law
that is in affect. Article 3 of the constitution grants then authority over law
and equity and most never get out of equity or legislative law to control the
court or the black robe to administrate ones court.
Now remember that most people file a claim with an attorney or referred to go
find one. The reason legislation is in the court. When establishing one's
common law court the judge will ask if you really want Pro se or an attorney.
They want to make sure you do not consent or miss your opportunity to use the

So Charlie, why do they then pretend to be acting as magistrates, judges and
Senior judges when all they are, are administrators? Is there some logic in
what they're doing, or is it all deceit?
One of my friends maintains that the black robes are administrators
administrating abandoned vessels in a salvage operation. The adminstrators act
as guardians over the abandoned vessel to enable them to fleece the securities
as part of the salvage.
You can go in as an administrator (frcp 17) as a real party in interest and can
sue in your own name without joining the person for whose benefit the action is
brought (the legal person) and since state actors have probably harmed you by
detaining kidnapping unlawful confinement confiscation of property, etc you
have standing because you have an injury in fact so you're all set with
capacity, interest and standing to be in court as a man not joining the person
they are charging. So you can go in and press a claim, which is what a man
would do in an article III Court.
Alternatively, it's better to get the hell out of their courts and do a removal
to a federal article 3 Court under diversity impress a claim in the federal
court. That way you get out of there corrupt criminal Enterprise.

Bill,I saw a case citation recently where the judges indicated that there are
no judges, only administrators of the courts. I can't remember where I saw it
and I was hoping you might have a reference to this or something similar.

Glen,
Since it is an equitable proceeding it wouldn’t make sense that I have written
in my motion that they are an administrative court enacted by the legislature
for commercial proposes Only and demand the plaintiff prove that the
proceeding is a judicial court ? I don’t mean to have you hold my hand I’m just
worried what I’m saying doesn’t make any sense
-thanks
