Just a little more information.
I've posted my free court document and then one includes there court
document and you will get your common law court open. That or using the
1817 statement will most often stop them. Now it's time to proceed with
your court. First is a letter drawing out the points of failure and most
often fraud. That if one must, will end in a trial by jury decision.
It may be fraud of the court plaintiff without evidence moving one from
voluntary to involuntary bankruptcy. It may be just jurisdiction issue.
There must be an issue that one believes they can convince a jury it was
wrongdoing. Whatever the issue at the heart of one's situation it needs
addressed now. So make a letter to the plaintiff attorney who is now
defendant attorney. Requesting proof and go to the court and ask for a
court date forty days out. That letter will be submitted into your court as
evidence and sent to the plaintiff and now defendant attorney.
Of course, let's say the issue is the bankruptcy charge. Then the question
is what proof do you have to justify involuntary bankruptcy? Often it is an
accusation they never proved. To go from voluntary to involuntary needs
proven? Most often they have done as it was just a plaintiffs claim and not
rebutted by a claim that your doing now. The courts are made up of claims,
counterclaim, cross claims etc. What you have done is a superior
jurisdiction private claim on issues you believe their is solid proof of
fraud. So to court your going in a superior position and requiring the
court to decide the issue.
This is where one needs to study court motions or rather common law wires
so one can move their court. Often the opponent will surrender because of
the crime is brought out in court the new judge now has to report it. When
they do not show is default judgement.
There is the very basic of the court. It takes time to do if one wants
more then stopping them.
Jail, I've had good success and failures there. I'm in the process of
using a provost Marshall when the jailer will not honor a request to bring
before the court to answer the jurisdiction question. They often violate
the 72 hour rule of habeas corpus rule/law. Stretch it for longer time.
Besides the provost Marshall an appellate or supreme court works fairly
well to force the jurisdiction question to be answered.

Often a fact is implied and not proven and being fraud one can bring it
out in your court if they even show up it is discussion of proving his or
her authority of why the defendant changed the agreement without your
permission. Now if you committed fraud. You have a problem. Otherwise, what
you have done is move it out of their jurisdicton or rules to your court
rules. Which now one can request to move that involuntary bankruptcy be
removed for lack of proof. If the judge bucks you. Then reschedule another
trial with jury to decide. This is your trial by jury. The verdict will be
settled for ever when you convince the jury to agree with you. The judge
one had in their court will not be in this court. If you done a good job as
a private prosecuting or attorney general the new judge will file crimes
that were committed and jury will award one.

This is where I exit this group. Thank you for what I have learned. Most
of you do not know the power of your Constitution and are placing power in
the understanding of Law. Every individual should be able to exercise their
will without any reliance or understanding of law. It’s why we shouldn’t
have lawyers as they are repugnant to free will. It isn’t legal brain
surgery. It’s easy. The Constitution only needs to be exercised. It has
nothing to do with law and everything to do with one’s willingness to

I, myself, am fully vaccinated, and wish to add that "forcing" people to
do things, if not also by lying (but how else, as to get away with it,
where they can) is always the less intelligent as less meaningful option,
whatever you and/or your political designation (not So much of actual
intelligence or goodness?.) might be..
How to serve "justice" (what else should matter, how it does.. .) for one
and all in such respect, as to, enlist their/everyone's true co-operation

lesser things, for what So actually rules, etc.. Figure, I *understand*
better *in such regard* and behave, accordingly, if not, where others

inevitably leads them to try to force even more, things, as whatever they
can, based on the evidence if not merely my evidence in such respect.
