it's in their system that they did their investigation and found you to not
be their property or citizen.
JB was merely offering the foia to get ahead of all of that by having a
self-authenticating document that they had already done said investigation
and you have it in your toolbox to give to whoever is creating controversy,
to end set controversy.
A certificate of birth vault document instrument is also
self-authenticating and ends controversy as to whether you were born in a
state or are somehow property or citizen of the federal government.
Once again it is all court process and all legal process and their job is
to see if they can trap you in their process.
Leave your file dormant and means you will have to pick it up later.
