violate as well aka brackets, boxes etc. That is why i have written in the past
that none of their copy written word art means anything, that is a presumption
and assumption on the part of the victim. The fact that most of these so called
contracts are in fact agreements (one party making the offer, and another
agreeing to it) means the agreement can be changed by that one party at any
time they like. I figured that one out a long time ago when the bank tried to
hike my fees that i opening the account with. The sent me a non returnable
email offer to increase the fees on my person's account so i printed the offer
out and wrote on it "i waive the fee increase" and took it into the bank and
gave it to a teller. The result was they could not increase my fees cuz there
was only one party that was in agreement, my person, so they couldn't increase
the fees.
