If they use your business name without you allowing them... like you signing a
paper of theirs with that name on it, it becomes an agreement to that contract,
but SOON with no ability to "trick" us anymore, that can't happen.... CAN'T

The DBA gives you the ability to claim that paper that contract is on! There
are SO many things you can do with this business that it's mind boggling!
Attorneys know that they can't claim a name that already is claimed or they
WILL AND can be arrested for theft! Ya see that the name is attached to the SSA
and if they don't get your approval for them to use your name/SSA-FUNDS? They
are stealing from us....they never told us......All accounts are yours too
now-any agreement, contract, law.... Think about it!!!
You now claimed the name TOO is on the license plates of your (registered car.)
THEY cannot charge you anymore sense the business has been claimed. In the
business world there IS NO name as man/woman....it's just business and you're
either the name holder of the business or you are the registered agent....and
can be served legal papers as one-in the corporate and then you'll have to
defend yourself...otherwise ya don't...cool huh?
Its not for your benefit. Charley needs to study contract law apparently
also. Once again since someone seemed to misunderstand the following: Use
their own stuff against them, if you know how to use them then it can't hurt
you.

Example Brackets put what's in between not part of the contract. Very important.
