I like your thinking, but here is the problem, in my humble opinion...
We no longer have the RULE OF LAW, WE NOW HAVE THE RULE OF MAN....
In essence, MIGHT MAKES RIGHT.
First, they will burn you up with years of litigation and appeals....And you
will have endured all that frustration and burned up all that energy to be
deliveredan injust outcome... and you will be 5 years older and exhausted.
Congress and State Legislatures are coconspirators in the overthrow of the
Constitution.
Constitution says they are supposed to oversee and discipline Judges and they
dont.
And the appeals courts pretty much rubber stamp the rulings of the lower courts.
The FED Bank and its Debt Based Fiat Money are obviously unconstitutional
butcontinue to this day... Most lawyers won't even try to bring that litigation
becausethey will be punished and blacklisted.
It is time to unite the masses against the government as the US Founders did.
It is time to start new "Committees of Correspondence" Meetings.
It is time to document exhausting peaceful remedies.
And finally we must draft a new Declaration of Causes citing all our
greivancesand how we have exhausted our peaceful remedies.Congress issues a

That Declaration of Causes should have a 6 to 12 month deadline.
If they Congress does not comply, 10 million Americans need to go to
DC and not leave until Congress complies.
Those were my thoughts.

attorney works for the court, not for you)

What really happened was that my head was rammed into the wall, viciously,
while I was cuffed, shackled and being held by 2 or more 'officers of the law'.
Know this much: The camera footage of what went down in the isolation cell is
edited way, way, way beyond belief!
There was actually a black man, a 'doctor' with dreadlocks, who came in with a
brown paper bag and tossed it down on the far side of the bench where i was
being held.
He extended his leg, heel down on the concrete bench, and i jumped up, did a
180 in the air (while cuffed hands behind my back and ankles cuffed together)
and landed with my butt on his hyperextended knee, snapping it in half and
sending him out of the room screaming!
I don't expect you to take my word for it without seeing the real footage but
know that i have trained with Tim Larkin of www.targetfocustraining.com and
knew how to snap a knee backwards (even with hands cuffed behind the back and
ankles cuffed).
But you CAN see the bloodstain on the wall! My head was rammed into the wall,
viciously, while i was cuffed but you never see that happening! Whoa...so
mysterious!! They actually edit out the incriminating parts of the bodycam
footage with the most advanced video software imaginable?
Newsflash, it's all a lie.
They are all in kahootz to manipulate the whole damn thing, every time and I
want it exposed ASAP.

Rita of Dublin California and people are being held 60 days or more without
