was inserted between
the 1st 3 branches ofgoverment and WE THE PEOPLE to make government less

allegedly ignorant masses. This Adminstrative State unconstitutionally defeats
the US Constitution's
Separation of Powers by incorporating Executive, Legislative and Judicial
Powers in this

This thinking extends to the Progressive Judiciary, hence the "Abuse of Power",

and the failure of any government agency to discipline even the most blatant

I submit to that any Judicial and Justice reform in the US must begin with the
