Merrick Garland for attorney general has beenapproved by the Senate Judiciary
Committee and sent with a favorablerecommendation to the full Senate, which is
all but certain to confirm thenominee. Judge Garland sitson the Court of
Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit and is his formerchief judge and
member of the circuit council. As attorneygeneral, Judge Garland will protect
himself and all his fellow judges from anyinvestigation, let alone
incrimination or conviction, for his abuse of power,e.g., by dismissing 100% of
the 476 complaints filed against his peers andcolleagues in the District of
Columbia Circuit, and denying 100% of petitionsfor review of those dismissals
while he was chief judge and a council member.The basis for that statement is
the official statistics of his court submittedto Congress annually, as
described in detail in the article below. As a result of hisdismissal of
complaints and denial of review petitions, Judge Garland coveredup the abuse of
power underlying the complaints and left complainants without ahearing, never
mind any compensation, just as he left the complainants and everybodyelse at
the mercy of abusive judges and those willing to cover for them. Instead
ofholding his peers and colleagues accountable, as was his legal and
supervisory dutyto do, he made personal interest and relations prevail.
Moreover, asattorney general he is likely to play a direct or indirect role in
the commissionfor the reform of the judicial system that Then-presidential
candidate Biden announcedhis intention to form in an interview with CBS
newsanchor Norah O'Donnell onOctober 22, 2020. Judge Garland’s role in the
commission will ensure that it willabstain from doing what must precede any
reform in order to establish it on asolid basis of facts: an investigation and
exposure to the full of the nature,extent, and gravity of the problems that
justify the call for reform. Hence, thecommission will be a whitewash. I am
trying tobring these investigative leads and their implications to the

are the onlyentity strong enough to hold judges accountable and liable to
