We have common courts problem is getting them to enforce it to begin with from
start to finish where the fiction jurisdiction can’t cross unknowing. For this
who don’t know your court to a certain extent listen for both common and non
common law. Example being administrative courts deal with tickets and only go
after fictions. What folks don’t know is the assumption that is made when you
show up for traffic court under “general appearance” which u less you state
otherwise is automatically by default “ your now In their jurisdiction” as to
if you were to make an “by special appearance”. You now didn’t give up your
“Personan Jurisdiction”. To exercise this properly if your at court physically.
You would say When name called “ I JohnCannon (no last name), a man here
special appearance to prevent a fraud upon the court”. t this point don’t say
anyone in a “refusal for cause” process. If you do you move the court there for
consent to their jurisdiction. Only thing you want them to acknowledge is your
refusal for cause which is a “non response” to the matter at hand. The above
is not all inclusive there is more to it. So don’t use it without the rest of
the info to execute it correctly.
