But when they went around me on that it caught me by surprise. I feel
like they have given me ammo by there use of fraud to deprive me of my right

I know it is all fraud and I feel like I am ready to see if they can back

I guess I better keep all my legal documents with me at all times and perhaps
I should create a writ of habious corpus to keep with me as well.
How many copies do you think I might need? .
Again any advise is welcome. I have been a member of this site for years
and study other places as well. I have been lucky "or wise enough" and have
beat there system the last several times They have tried to convict me.
I don't think of myself as a criminal and I study everyday to try to be
prepared for whatever they decide to come at me with.
My believe is the worst crime they have committed is the dumbing down of
society to make them easy prey .

I have been denied proper service and had a warrant placed one for failure
to appear.
I never received and notice or summons and when I contacted the solicitor
I was told they would not do anything to correct the mistake they made.
I was told only a lawyer could talk to the solicitor. I know what happened
they sent the summons to the wrong address.
I only found out by checking the public records. The next day I was
contacted by the public defender's office and the message they left confirmed
there was a change of address issue and they acted like it was my fault. All
they had to do was look at any of the paperwork and they would have had my
current address.
The Public defender said if I went to the court house with an attorney
they would lift the warrant. But I never intended to hire a paid actor lier.
I feel like they are trying to limit me from using the methods I intended.
I have been told if I do not use a lawyer I can't get the bench warrant
lifted and I have proof the warrant was issued due to the solicitors offices
negligence.
Advise any body.
I want to cause as much headaches and grief as I can.
Being as they want to have me kidnapped and held against my will for there
mistakes.
