Did you get some ticket ? If so why did you not exercise your common law right
of “right of avoidance” aka “Refusal for cause”

I have not avoided service. I even verified with the clerk of courts office
that they had my proper address. I don't know about where you are from but
here when you get arrested it takes no less than 24 hours to be processed and
can take 3 days regardless of why you were arrested
Also the judge" joke" that issues the warrant is the one who has to lift
it. If they are away or not working for any reason it can take weeks.
These low life incompetent assholes have no remorse about costing me or
you days or even years of your life.
Personally just the thought of it bothers me.
Have you been to a county jail in SC????

I am on your side, but in my experience, they can Serve notice by PUBLIC
NOTICE. Generally, this requires posting notice of the matter in the
"jurisdictions" official newspaper.
I have done it for tenants who abandoned property, whether they owed me
money or not.
It is my experience, and having been a Process server, avoiding service of
process is not an effective legal maneuver.
I am as angry with the Progressive Globalist Government and Judiciary as you
are.
Those were my thoughts.
Thank you for your time.

I have been denied proper service and had a warrant placed one for
failure to appear.
I never received and notice or summons and when I contacted the solicitor
I was told they would not do anything to correct the mistake they made.
I was told only a lawyer could talk to the solicitor. I know what
happened they sent the summons to the wrong address.
I only found out by checking the public records. The next day I was
contacted by the public defender's office and the message they left
confirmed there was a change of address issue and they acted like it was my
fault. All they had to do was look at any of the paperwork and they would
have had my current address.
The Public defender said if I went to the court house with an attorney
they would lift the warrant. But I never intended to hire a paid actor lier.
I feel like they are trying to limit me from using the methods I
intended.
I have been told if I do not use a lawyer I can't get the bench warrant
lifted and I have proof the warrant was issued due to the solicitors offices
negligence.
Advise any body.
I want to cause as much headaches and grief as I can.
Being as they want to have me kidnapped and held against my will for there
mistakes.
