qualify for an enhancement by their laws.

File an appeal because they failed to provide an examining trial. You
could modify the document attached
Go to the courthouse and look up your case in their computer.
After it is all done you can sue them but don't say anything about that
now.

It's going to have to go to a higher court ptobably, because these courts
don't care if they brake the law, the judge in seguin called the
constitution garbage and I can't find an oath or bond on record in seguin
but he is the judge for 5 or 6 counties. Boy would I love to get him thrown
out.
