its called expungement.. mine were only misdemeanors... but i had to wait
a until i was off probation..Then i went and got the forms myself at the
county court house i think prosecutors office.. i entered them with a small
fee. and they are sent before a judge.. then he signs the paperwork.. I did
not have to appear. Then i checked with the office.or got a notice in the
mail that the record was expunged.. Its been years now.. . Most
dont know you can do it yourself... Attorneys want you to pay them to do
it..!..
