[adaptivetec] Tables in Word

Hi all,
It has been a while since I've created a table in Word. I'm a little rusty.
I remember that it is Insert A, then arrow down to insert, enter, then
select table. I'm fine with selecting the columns and width, but it is when
I reach the three radio buttons:
Fix column width, Auto fit to contents, , or auto fit to window.
That I'm unsure what to do. I'm pretty sure that it isn't the last one. I
want to make a 10 by 10 cell table.
FYI I'm using Window-Eyes.
