You'll likely have to wait for a fix from Apple.
Mine is stuck at 65 percent.

So, how do I get my VO volume to go up to 100%? Should I sync my
iPhone 4S with the computer with it up to 100% in the roter volume
and then sync my 5s so that volume is at 100% and then lower it to
say 75% and take volume out of the roter?
Any help and insights would be appreciated.
