The drawback to the Solona system is that it requires a volunteer be
available at the time you need the assistance.
If one isn't, then you get the msg you saw.
Also, it may be possible that the volunteer(s) at the moment you are
trying are otherwise preoccupied assisting someone else.
So I would try periodically and see if someone has been freed up.
