Yes, try selecting a different scanner driver for JAWS, such as the WIA or
TWAIN/WIA version of the driver.

jaws will not recognise  my scanner which worked ok before the update, any
ideas. 
scanner Works ok with another ocr program.

this windows update has caused me more problens.
it turned off my microphone.
stopped window-eyes from workin
got these workin. 
there probably wil be more.
I feel windows 10  does a bit of spying!!!
