Hello Folks, I am using windows seven on a Sony laptop and the volume seems to be muted. No sound at all. I can't use Jaws because I only have Jaws 10. I am using system access. Now where can I find the place to get the sound back. I know it is muted somewhere. I knew where it was in XP but not on this one. Please help if you can. Ron
