Could I also suggest that, for some of the "more "technically challenged",
that HELP file is about as helpful as a sleeping dog!  It uses technical
language which will be foreign to some and a real "put-off".  Come on, a
post with clear instructions (including the actual lines you need to type)
will help everyone!  They always used to appear on the bottom of emails and
it's a pity in some ways that this isn't still the case.
