Hi all
I used to get several calls per day from these automated overseas numbers, the ones where if you dial 1471 you hear random digits instead of an actual number. I somehow managed to do something to my Sky Talk account such that I only get the occasional call now and again.

Hi Carol,

There are no handsets.  You plug trueCall into the wall socket where you'd
normally plug your phone, then plug your handset or base station if you are
using a cordless phone into the back of trueCall.  trueCall is just a box
that monitors your calls.

hi bary nice to hear you on the list yes richard is correct it is £99 but
for me worth every penny you can most of everything from the hand set for
example put in all your friends with a star because then they can just
ring up as normal. all these silly nuisance calls just do not come through

and if they actually ever do they will leave a quick message to say who
they are and if you want to reject it you can it really is very clever.
there is this computer scam number 0203 or whatever it is but i just
zapped it
