By the way, just to note that if people have difficulties with configuring
Truecall, we can send it out either pre-configured for them, with their star
or zap list, or we can remotely configure for them too.

Absolutely yes. The Internet control panel is not required, it only gives
you access to some more advanced config features that we can't get into the
handset menus.

If you unplug Truecall, it will not record or log any more calls. So when
you plug it in, there's no point doing a web link. But you won't lose
anything by unplugging it.
