I wouldn't know of anywhere around here that could fix it.

I'd press one button and the speech sould say something else, couldn't be sure it would work correctly.

I really am diapointed at the quality fo some of the products that we pay a lot of money for.

Watches seem to go caput if you put your own new batteries in.

I'm on my third talking calendar clock from cobolt, the first one arrived almost exactly 8 years a go.

I fchanged the batteries as told to on my parrot one day and that was that gone too.

All fairly unpleasant really.

Hello,

The speech chip broke on my LG talking microwave after about 18 months. Our service centre for LG products in Norwich ordered a new speech chip from LG, which came from Korea and took about a month to arrive. The service centre installed the new board in a week, telling me that they were not very impressed with LG!

I was able to use the microwave whilst waiting for the new chip, as most of the touch buttons are brailled.
