Andrew, I am still having problems with system access. I am just about to renew my subscription for another year but still can't get my smart drive to work. It is telling me that it is installed on the drive but what do I do now. I have a choice of documents which is empty, system and launch U3.exe. I was told to press enter on the latter but nothing happens. I haven't rung tech support yet. Any ideas?
