We’ve had a Samsung Smart TV with Voice Guide feedback for some time, and I
would buy a replacement tomorrow if it packed in, it’s very useful. Your best
bet is to go to a local dealer or somewhere like Richer Sounds, and ask them to
turn on Voice Guide if it’s a Samsung you are looking for. Remember that
anything under 40 inches won’t carry Voice Guide on the Samsung range.
Alternatively, there are Sony Bravia sets of 40 inches and over that have
speech on them, but those who have them could tell you more than me here.
I also understand some LG sets have speech feedback but, again, I don’t know
how good it is, or on what models this applies.
I hope that gives you some idea of where to start.

I am totally blind and have a Samsung smart tV, you get quite a lot of feed
back with speech. the other TV to look at is the Panasonic.
When I was looking around for a smart tV I got quite a lot of help at curries
PC world,.
