asked about voice guidance on the sansung the woman didn’t have a clue so going
to look in John Lewis and if I find one I will check out the model number and
see if I can find it a bit cheaper Janet

Hi Janet in the store tell them to go in to menu arrow down to general press
right cursor for accessabillity press right cursor again to go in to voice
guide settings and turn voice guide on.
That should do it. That’s if it is a Samsung tv of course.
