Hi Steve,

Thank you for your message. I will follow the instructions you have given to check that Diskeeper is enabled on both the C:\ and D:\ partitions of my Hd, but it must be enabled on one of them as I can hear the drive spinning more loudly than I could prior to installing the trial of Diskeeper, which means it must be defragging at least one of the partitions.
