Hi Linda.
Firstly, no, you do *not* need the overdrive app if you are using Easy Reader
for either iOS or Android as RNIB Overdrive support is supported natively by
these apps. I would suggest to go to the side menu by double tapping the side
menu button, selecting RNIB Overdrive from the list of libraries and signing
out, closing the app from the app switcher and then re-signing in. Tap
checkouts and redownload any books you want to listen to, hopefully this will
solve the problem. If this doesn't work or you are still experiencing issues,
a quick call to our Technology for Life specialists is in order.
All the best, Ibrahim.

Subject: [access-uk] overdrive
Hi, trying to use overdrive with easy readerbut after checking out and down
loading my book I then go back to easy reader and it says"imnport failed there
are no supported books in this location". So I was wondering if the problem
was that I need to have the actual over drive app.
Thanks Linda
