Subject: [access-uk] national rail site and ticket purchase

Hi

I'm planning a trip fairly soon, and I went up to national rail's website
for the journey planner. I have not been up there recently, and although I
found the trains I wanted, I couldn't fathom how to use the ticket
purchasing options. The site has changed allot since I was last there and
wondered whether anybody has an alternative where it is easier to look at
the options and get the best deal. Sorry if this is a little off topic, if
it should go on another list, then I'll happily join it and pose the
question there. If the web isn't a viable way to go, do listers prefer to
use the telephone to purchase tickets instead? I don't want to get them on
the day as I'm sure I can get cheaper deals.
