Hi there,
thought I would change the subject line hear.

I have tried to get a mobility person in Leeds to show me arround the location where our chess club plays.

apparrently it would take six to eight weeks for maybe some one to come out.
if you can see you can take short cuts through the rail way station

now I can maybe do this with my satnav but even me likes to actually do a route with a good mobility person. i then can put things in like the door of the pub where we play and the nearest bus stop.

I find the centre of Leeds a real maize so if these systems make things better for us then what's great.

what amazes me though I never seem to be asked by developers to give feedback about these things.

in fact when I last tried to phone the council there was no way to actually speak to a human being.
so soon with all the cut backs we will just have to manage.
