Thank you for your message.
Initially a member of this list did offer to convert the document for me,
but, I was able to find an item in adobe reader version either 7 or 8, I'm
not sure which I actually have due to updates, that converted the PDF to
text. I then saved it as text and transferred it to word for ease of
reading.
