[access-uk] Re: iphone only making clicking sounds

so try the following:
1 activate Siri and say "turn voiceover off"
Siri will respond telling you that it has either done it or that
VoiceOver is already off.
2 activate Siri and say "turn voiceover on"
hopefully voiceover will come up speaking.
