Hi Eleanor,

By default, iOS does allow you to repeat a calendar event or reminder, but the
shortest interval is a day.
The below link is for an app called Easy Remind, and it has a NagMe feature
which will repeat your reminder at intervals as defined by you.
Note, you must set the interval each time the reminder appears on your iPhone,
and the smallest interval seems to be 5 minutes.
Also, I have a test reminder setup in the app now, and it is repeating every
minute as I am ignoring it.

Dear Nile, many thanks for your prompt response. I will try out what you say
about Viber but as regards a reminder, I am not looking to speak to Cyrie or
anything like that, I want to be able to set an alarm type reminder when
messages come in if I do not read them that I am reminded say in 5 minute
intervals.

Hi Eleanor,

I recently started using the default Reminders app on my iPhone.
I normally use it by asking Siri to remind me about something.
Its a quick and easy way to set a reminder.

Regarding Viber, there are two ways to forward a message you have received.
First up, tap and hold the message, and 3 buttons appear below the online
status of your contact.
Note, VO doesn't announce that the said buttons appear, and you will have to
glide your finger around the screen to find the buttons.

Second, you can copy the message with a VO gesture.
You can copy the entire text of an incoming message using a 3 finger
quadruple tap.
Note, this will copy the text of the message and the words incoming or
outgoing before the text, and you need to paste the copied text individually.

Kind regards,
Niall

First off I would like to be able to copy a viber message on my iPhone but
I do not know how to do this. One possability might be to put the message
in Forward mode but I do not know how to do that either.

Second question relates to an app for reminder. Talking to our friend Mo
on list who is an Android user, he has an app which he can set to remind
him to read a text message or e-mail if he does not do so when it comes in.
Unfortunately though Mo is brilliant and so knowledgable on almost
everything he did not know the name of a similar app on iPhone though he
felt sure there must be one. There is some form of reminder app on my
iphone which was there from the start but I have never used it, wonder if
it would be what I am looking for.
