Hi Mo

Yes I am going to try and find someone local who can sort it out for me, know
of one guy but he is very expensive, beggars cannot be choosers though. Will
keep you posted.

Regards

Adrien

hello adrien.

well, if the power supply fan was still on to an extent you may not know
straight away, feel the power supply to see if its vibrating abnormally
or getting hotter than normal if not its probably the processor fan.
open the PC and put your finger on the fans in turn to stop them
spinning, obviously you may need sighted help to do this placing your
finger on the center of the fan. when the noise stops you've found the
culprit. if its none of the visible fans then it'll be the power supply
fan. get the shop to test it for you if you're taking it in. its a shame
you're not closer/living in the UK...

cheers,

Mo.
