Actually at the bottom of the messages you get from this list there're
instructions on how to get help with commands etc!

I've never had any problems with initiating commands to emailing lists on
freelists using the website. As an example, to change any of the access-uk
emailing list settings, go to freelists.org and in the search box type
access-uk. From the list of results, click on access-uk to go to the access
UK emailing list page. Scroll down and type your email address in the
appropriate edit box; this is the email address that you used to subscribe
to the access-uk list. Now, move down to the list of actions combo box,
choose an action, click the submit button and you're done.
