Hi,
A couple of things you can try:
1. Disable showing of hidden files and folders.
2. In My Computer, open the DVD-Drive. If you have a section in there
showing files ready to burn to disk, delete them. Often this will have a
desktop.ini file in there which causes all the problems. Doing a 'Select
All' on all items in the DVD-Drive also includes this, and as it's not
actually there, you get the error. I did this last night and it worked for
me.

Subject: [access-uk] copy and paste
I am trying to copy and paste an MP3 audio book into my D drive in Windows
7, but despite several attempts, I get the same error message.
"Item not found.
Could not find this item.
This is no longer located in C:\\Users\Acer
User\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Burn\Burn.
Verify the items location and try again".
It does not appear to work on an external drive either. Does anyone know
what's going on? And is there a work around this problem?
