yet.
Hi John,
Vodafone can't lock it if it is unbranded.
Simply put your Plusnet Sim in and it will work.

apparently my iphone se needs vodafone to unlock it.

receive an email from them i have to reset my phone in itunes i was
under the understanding when i purchased this phone outright for #439
in december 2016 that it was unlocked. but it seeams vodafone have
locked it. i was on a sim only deal. how complicated all this is i am
not sure if there's a faster way to unlock this phone.
