I must agree, and did likewise. I didn't find the GPS navigation side of it
very accurate either. A very nice, compact unit, but not particularly
helpful is my conclusion.

you need to get sited help to set your account up!!! Then the software will
work I sent my Kaptain back because of this.
And the voice recognition is frankly crap.
